What is your server uptime like?

QServers has a reliable uptime percentage of 99.9%, this is why we have a lot of good reviews and testimonials about our services. A lot of work has gone into building our server architecture, security and hardening to make sure our clients enjoy their services with us.

Will my services be setup immediately?

Your account will be setup immediately after payment confirmation. You will receive an account information email instantly after a successful payment (using Interswitch online payment gateway).

If I need support, how can I reach you?

You can reach us 24/7 on email. Phone and chat support is 8am to 7pm Mondays – Saturdays. We are always happy to assist.
